1. General
These Terms of Service apply to the use of faceofnorway.com and purchases made through the online store operated by:

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms when necessary. Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not affect rights or obligations relating to orders placed before that date.
2. Products and Availability
Face of Norway sells physical wellness and lifestyle products, including copper drinkware, oral-care products, accessories, and home products.
Product details, materials, dimensions, care instructions, and specifications are described on the relevant product page. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, natural materials, or handcrafted production.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is materially different from its description, damaged, or defective.
Products and designs may be changed or discontinued, and availability may be limited.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the online store. The order total displayed at checkout includes the product price, discounts, and shipping charges collected by Face of Norway, where applicable.
Any import VAT, customs duties, clearance charges, or carrier handling fees that are not collected at checkout may be charged separately by the relevant authority or carrier. Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
Payment is charged using the payment method selected at checkout. Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, or device.
4. Orders
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order.
After an order is submitted, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process or deliver the order.
We may cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraud, payment problems, legal restrictions, or an address that cannot be serviced. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Fulfillment and Delivery
Products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations, including Norway, Europe, Asia, or North America. Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed when delays are caused by customs processing, carriers, local postal services, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting packages made available at a delivery office or pickup location.
6. Customs and Import Charges
Unless prepaid duties and taxes are explicitly confirmed for a particular order, international shipments may be sent Delivered Duty Unpaid or Delivered at Place (DDU/DAP).
For DDU/DAP shipments, the customer may be treated as the importer and may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, clearance charges, or carrier handling fees directly to the relevant authority or carrier.
Some shipments may be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This applies only when prepaid duties and taxes are specifically confirmed for that order.

7. Returns, Withdrawals, and Complaints
Returns, refunds, defective-product claims, and EU/EEA withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Please contact info@faceofnorway.com before returning any product. Because products may ship from different fulfillment locations, the appropriate return address must be confirmed by us before a return is sent.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You must not interfere with the website’s security, operation, or availability.
9. Intellectual Property
Content on faceofnorway.com, including text, branding, logos, product photography, graphics, and original designs, belongs to Face of Norway or is used with permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Third-Party Services
The store may use third-party services for payments, delivery, analytics, communication, reviews, and other functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Liability and Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available under Norwegian or other applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, Face of Norway is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or consumer-dispute bodies, subject to any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable law.
