Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened tongue scrapers or other oral care products. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at faceofnorway.shop@gmail.com for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and provide your order number and proof of purchase

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened tongue scrapers and other hygiene products cannot be returned. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at faceofnorway.shop@gmail.com for a full refund - no return required.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please contact us for a refund and place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Contact us at faceofnorway.shop@gmail.com to request your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've reviewed your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
