Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide.

Delivery Times Standard delivery takes 5–21 business days depending on your location, shipment origin, and customs processing. Products may ship from different locations including Norway, Europe, Asia, or North America. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures outside our control.

Please note: Certain specialty items — such as handmade, oversized, or heavy products (e.g. bathtubs, washbasins) — may require additional processing and shipping time beyond our standard delivery estimates. We will notify you with updates on your specific order.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

Customs & Import Duties All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT charged upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Face of Norway does not cover these fees. If a package is unclaimed or refused at customs, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any applicable refund. Your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian and EU law remain unaffected.

Returns & Return Shipping If you wish to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and original packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
